Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery: Many Riski Dice products are made to order. Please allow time for your item to be produced before it ships. Delivery times can vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, and order volume.

Please allow up to 30 days from the date of purchase for your order to arrive. Most orders may arrive sooner, but this window allows for production and shipping delays.

Shipping Locations: Riski Dice currently ships within the United States.

Shipping Cost: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the shipping destination. The final shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Tracking: When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If an order is divided into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Multiple Packages: Some products may be fulfilled separately or from different locations, so items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Incorrect Addresses: Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, the address may not be able to be changed. Additional costs may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect address was provided at checkout.

Missing Packages: If your tracking has stopped updating or your package appears to be lost, please contact Riski Dice through our Contact page so we can help investigate.
